Strategic Planning
In today’s fast paced environment, managers are wearing multiple hats and are so involved in the day to day operations they seldom are allowed to back away and take an objective look at the company or organization from a 30,000 foot level. It is the goal of IBP to go into an organization and structure a process where we can develop a profile of the current market, employee morale, financial conditions and organizational structure. Once a baseline is established, we will help the business owner or management teams develop a plan to move forward over the next 3-5 years or beyond.
Team Building
